The Business Insights Manager will lead the development and execution of reporting and analytics across the Operations organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy—and is passionate about driving insights that fuel operational excellence. This role will lead a team of analysts, partner with cross-functional leaders, and champion a data-driven culture across the organization. This is a high-impact role within the Operations organization, with visibility to senior leadership and the potential to influence the future of reporting and analytics at Venerable.
