Collaborates with business units to understand the business needs, processes and procedures a supplier's products/services support. Acts as the key procurement contact for assigned business units, assisting with issue escalations and resolution, educating partners on policy, contract status, and payment processing. Leads the negotiation of the financials, contract length, and deliverable / product / service terms of supplier contracts, including implementing improvements to terms of contracts based on knowledge of business partner needs.
