WOW OUR CUSTOMERS | Minnesota Nice Customer Service (It's a Thing) THE OPPORTUNITY: WOW our customers by delivering Minnesota Nice Customer Service while supporting our Sales Reps in an efficient, organized, and driven way. This role plays a key part in supporting Sales growth by acting as the connection point between customers, Sales Reps, and internal teams. You will provide high-level Customer Service, assist with Sales-related questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every order is handled with care, accuracy, and organization. You truly are the eyes and ears of our operation-whether onsite at World Headquarters or working remotely. A strong sense of organization, a driven mindset, and a passion for Customer Service will help you succeed in this fast-paced, Sales-focused role.
