As a Learning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in strengthening the operational core of our learning experiences, translating vision into execution and creating the conditions for the team to scale with confidence. You will thrive in this role if you love bringing order to complexity, anticipating needs before they surface, and building systems that allow everyone to do their best work. Our partners engage with cohort-based learning experiences that can last up to a year, and you’ll be on the core team that makes the magic happen.
