The Role: The Director of Indirect Tax & Tax Transformation will lead the development, implementation, and governance of the Mobility Global’s indirect tax strategy. This role combines deep expertise in VAT/GST and sales/use tax with strategic leadership of cross‑tax transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance, process excellence, and digital enablement while supporting a business centered on automotive data, analytics, and insights. The Team: This is a newly formed tax team being established for the Spin Out of the Mobility Global division of S&P Global. You'll have the unique opportunity to join in advance of the spin transaction and help design foundational processes and the team's operating model.
