About the Role: We are currently seeking a Recruitment Partner to join our Workforce Australia team. This role plays a critical part in connecting job-ready customers with local employers and supporting strong employment outcomes under the Workforce Australia contract. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with Employment Consultants, employers, and key stakeholders to identify job opportunities and place suitable candidates into sustainable employment. You will proactively engage with employers, understand workforce needs, and support recruitment activity aligned to contract requirements.
