JOB MISSION: The purpose of this role is to maintain healthy cash flow by managing cash collection and aged debt for wholesale customers in France and the DOM ‑ TOMs. The role works closely with internal teams to ensure credit limits, payment terms, and account statuses are properly maintained . Through strong organisation and communication, it supports both customer relationships and financial stability. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITES: Cash Collection and aged debt / House Keeping Manage a ledger of wholesale customers/buying groups based in France/Dom Toms. Reducing payment delay in issuing regular chase letter and c hasing for payment both by phone and email. Update diary system within ERP system with actions taken.
