ING is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Credit Risk Model Validation professional. The team: The Credit Risk Model Validation (CRMV) Team is an international team of highly qualified professionals within Model Risk Management. The team is responsible for validating risk models used across ING, ensuring that models are fit for purpose, compliant with internal policies and external regulations, and that their limitations and risks are clearly understood. Within the BENELUX Chapter (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), you will operate as a senior expert and validation lead, closely supporting the Chapter Lead in ensuring high-quality validation outcomes, regulatory readiness, and strategic alignment across portfolios. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, combining deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
