Legal Counsel – Construction & Engineering Sedgman is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Perth office. With a strong pipeline of multi-discipline projects across the Minerals Processing sector, this role offers the opportunity to provide legal services across the business, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced environment, shaping innovative solutions for our clients. This role will be responsible for accurate, commercial and timely legal advice to the organisation, whilst ensuring legal and contractual risks are managed through compliance with Sedgman’s contract and commercial guidelines. In this role you will develop and implement appropriate risk management strategies, assisting senior members of the team with day-to-day management of legal functions and compliance with reporting requirements and corporate governance policies.
