Restaurant Manager | Kangaroo Island, SA About the Role: Southern Ocean Lodge is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team and deliver an exceptional dining experience in one of Australia’s most celebrated luxury lodge settings. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, guiding guests through a relaxed yet refined dining experience while ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation and attention to detail. You will work closely with the kitchen and leadership team to create a seamless and memorable guest journey.
