Crew Leader - 3rd Shift

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure daily production requirements are met - Plan and prepare for future production requirements - Enforces quality standards as set forth by customers and Teknor Color Company - Obtain batch cards for products - Oversee the safe operation of all equipment at all times - Troubleshoot and operate equipment as required - Work with all operators to maintain a smooth and productive process flow including but not limited to helping on changeover and line operation - Computer entry of shift performance on daily production report - Understand/follow/enforce all company rules and policies at all times - Work overtime and different shifts if necessary - Supervise a safe shift, working in a safe manner - Prepare equipment/raw materials/people for future runs before immediate need - Follow applicable procedures, work instructions, and test methods to perform and maintain records on in-process production testing and Q.C. inspection of finished product REQUIREMENTS: Teknor Apex is looking for high quality individuals to join our manufacturing team. - High school diploma or GED - Two to three years experience in operation of product equipment and knowledge of plastics and p...
