Position Summary: The Engine Accelerator is seeking a motivated, collaborative Senior Associate of Community Operations to join our Community Operations team. The Senior Associate will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our building run smoothly while helping cultivate a strong, supportive community for our resident startups. This person will balance operational execution with community engagement and bring a thoughtful, founder-centric lens to improving systems, processes, and the overall resident experience.
