Job description

Who we are looking for The candidate will have an intermediate understanding of Exchange Traded Funds allowing them to provide consultative support to clients new to the ETF industry as well as veteran providers. The candidate should have a good understanding of ETF servicing including ETF Basket creation, basket settlement, and order taking. A strong global industry understanding is preferred. The candidate will own a piece of the existing client book and be responsible for supporting multiple onboarding initiatives. The candidate will contribute to the enhancement of our servicing model and must have excellent understanding of process and controls with the ability to document and present this information to senior leaders. Advanced project management and business analysis skills are required as the candidate will contribute to the ETF Global Platform and Total ETF technical roadmap by creating/contributing/reviewing business requirements for enhancements to ETFGP, Fund Connect, and any other ETF related integrations.
