Summary Cook – Food Hall (Omaha) Days and Swings Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: Open availability required (Days and Swings) SUMMARY: The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food for guests in accordance with established recipes and standards set by the Executive Chef. This position ensures all food is prepared safely, efficiently, and consistently while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Practices, supports, and upholds the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC. Provides fast, friendly, and professional service to guests and team members. Prepares food items according to recipes, production standards, and guest requests. Performs both line cook and prep cook duties as assigned. Uses proper cooking methods and food handling techniques in accordance with health and safety standards. Slices, dices, chops, portions, garnishes, and plates food items accurately and efficiently. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, equipment, and utensils.
