Pay Range: $48.13 - $72.20 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. HSHS St. Mary's Hospital is seeking a Manager to join our Emergency Department (ED) Team. Our ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of ED experience and 1-2 years progressive nursing leadership experience as well. We have a high focus on safety and quality, process improvement and best practice. Position Specifics: - Department: Emergency Department - Core Function: Leadership - Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Day Shift - Facility: St. Mary's Hospital - Location: Green Bay, WI Education Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required. - May consider a candidate who is currently enrolled and a bachelor’s of nursing (BSN) is obtained within 2 years of hire.
