Branch Representative Department- Global Casualty Centralized Operations Unit Location – Philadelphia, PA: Relocation- No: Key Objective: Review incoming work for accuracy and completeness, monitor timely receipts of critical documents for the Centralized Operations Unit and work closely with Global Casualty branch personnel to assure a timely and high-quality product for our clients. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for accurately logging all transactions in COU Tracking Review source documents for accuracy and completeness Adhere to all protocols and controls established within COU Assist teammates as needed to ensure prompt handling of all transactions within unit Provide guidance and training to field offices for correct methods to submit work to COU Build strong relationships with all branch office personnel Ensure that follow up requests internally and externally are handled promptly. Ability to prioritize incoming work requests and multi-task when needed. Qualifications: College degree or equivalent work experience.
