Job description
The National Distributor Manager is responsible for providing national business development oversight of the activities for the assigned distributor Corporate Headquarters in order to achieve targeted annual goals. This role will primarily focus on maintaining and continuously growing our distributor relationships. It includes collaborating with the distributor, our customers, our field sales teams, and internal resources to develop and execute strategic plans that effectively meet customer and Wells objectives.. Responsibilities Include: The base pay range for this position is $131,295 to $174,013 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
