Summary The Distribution Center Supervisor oversees inventory management and the daily transfer of HVAC freight and materials in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in procuring, processing, and dispatching products to customers and vendors for our established wholesale HVAC distributorship, which offers a wide range of equipment, parts, and supplies from multiple brands. Essential Duties/Accountabilities: Load and unload products daily for delivery to customers and other Sales Centers. Receive, inspect, and stock all merchandise, ensuring accuracy between received items and orders. Pick and verify orders for customers and inter-office transfers, and prepare orders for shipment as needed. Conduct daily maintenance checks on trucks and forklifts. Assist management with inventory counts and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and report any hazards to the manager.
