Sales Support Officer Location – Sydney, Melbourne or Perth, remote for an experienced person Allied Credit is a leading vehicle finance firm with strategic alliances with global car, marine and motorcycle brands. Offering white label, joint venture and floorplan finance, our proprietary software provides a seamless, convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses. We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to focus on customer retention. It is primarily responsible for supporting, converting and progressing new loan and refinance applications from existing customers, ensuring a seamless, responsive and high-quality customer experience from initial application through to settlement. The role is focused on retaining and supporting existing customers through application support, timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
