Develops, implements, and evaluates the strategic and administrative operations of a complex, growing multi-investigator clinical research portfolio focused on cancer-relevant research within the department’s clinical research infrastructure (https://bidmcfirst.com/). In this role, the Senior Program Manager serves as a primary administrative and operational resource for faculty and research coordinators. They maintain deep working knowledge of all aspects of assigned clinical research trials and related processes in order to anticipate needs, troubleshoot complex operational and regulatory issues, and provide expert guidance to investigators and staff. The Senior Program Manager ensures that program policies, standard operating procedures, and training materials are developed, standardized across teams where appropriate, regularly reviewed, and updated in alignment with institutional requirements and NIH, FDA, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
