As a Junior Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking , you will join our dynamic and international SAP SuccessFactors Consulting team. You’ll be part of exciting HR transformation projects, helping our customers improve and digitalize their time management processes — with plenty of support and opportunities to grow your expertise. Your tasks: Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions, working closely with senior consultants and project managers Assist in the integration of time tracking features into existing HR processes and IT landscapes Help prepare and participate in workshops, training sessions, and testing activities Collaborate in customer projects to modernize time and attendance management Contribute to ongoing system optimization, including support with incidents, change requests, and updates related to SAP innovations Your profile: You have minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, ideally working with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
