Summary We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee and control the functions and resources of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative systems, supervising office personnel, and ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of our workplace. This role is central to maintaining a productive, safe, and positive environment for all staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Qualifications & Experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) - Office Operations & Services: Contribute to the planning and review of all office services, setting priorities and service standards to ensure high levels of organisational effectiveness. - Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage office resources, including human resources, workspace allocation, and equipment. - Staff Supervision & Performance: Assign duties to administrative staff, monitor their performance, and provide constructive feedback and support to ensure work is completed to a high standard. - Administrative Systems: Manage and maintain the office's records, accounts, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Coordination & Communication: Act as t...
