Job Description The starting hourly wage for this role is $18/HR SUMMARY: The Production Associate is tasked with following all production processes to meet or exceed quality, safety, productivity, and cost standards. The position will be part of an innovative team that is properly trained to meet the changing requirements of the operation. Major duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. DUTIES: Place components of meat, cheese, crackers, and treats in individual trays Perform period cleaning duties as instructed by the period cleaning schedule Cleaning of equipment according to all Kraft sanitation guidelines Provide assistance on changeovers of equipment Perform various housekeeping duties including sweeping, emptying trashcans, paper wagons and trash wagons to keep work area in a clean and orderly fashion Adhere to all Company and Garland Plant GMPs along with rules and regulations Development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System and the assurance that all products processed, packaged, stored, and distributed are produced in compliance with all Regulatory, Customer and Kraft Heinz requirements.
