Associate – REGL Capital Markets & Advisory (CM&A): Citizens JMP is seeking an Associate to join the REGL (Real Estate Growth & Lending) platform within Capital Markets & Advisory. This role will support senior bankers covering REITs and real estate–focused operating companies, and will play a key role in transaction execution, analytical support, and client coverage activities. Role Overview: The Associate will partner closely with Managing Directors, Directors, and Vice Presidents to support sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory , as well as equity and debt capital markets transactions for REITs and real estate-related clients. This role provides critical execution leverage to senior coverage bankers and contributes to the firm’s growing REIT franchise. Key Responsibilities: - Support execution of M&A, equity capital raises, and debt financing transactions for REITs and real estate-focused companies - Build and maintain financial models , including valuation analyses, merger models, and REIT-specific capital structure frameworks - Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, management presentations, and investment committee memoranda - Assist with transaction due diligence, data anal...
