Position Summary: The Director of Production leads all aspects of commercial new construction programs, with full accountability for production execution from contract award through vessel delivery. This role partners closely with the Director of Technical Services to align resources, priorities, and performance with company objectives. Responsibilities include oversight of production operations, manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance, as well as ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and program milestones.
