Overview Oversees and implements programs for leadership and employee development company-wide. Provides strategic vision and implements scalable strategies to ensure the on-going professional development of the company's workforce, enabling employees to operate at their fullest potential. Anticipates growth and training needs, informs the organization regarding trends and best practices in leadership development and employee engagement, and engenders the attitude of continuous improvement for leaders company-wide.
