Description Position: Maintenance Technician: Division: Recycling: Status: Full Time/Hourly Position: POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician will provide assistance in all aspects of maintenance such as welding, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics. REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) with wage increases every 6 months! - Monthly Attendance Bonus Opportunity - Weekly Production Bonus Opportunity Essential Responsibilities: - Maintenance/Repair tasks at the plant. - Preventative maintenance/repair tasks on mobile equipment. - Preventive maintenance/repair tasks on furnaces, power supplies and plant operational equipment and processes. - Repairs of unscheduled equipment issues causing downtime - Completing work orders & PM paperwork - Regular and timely attendance are an expectation of the position - Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes Requirements: COMPETENCIES: - Forklift experience is preferred but not required. - Industrial maintenance or millwright or welding experience within other manufacturing facilities - Follow all safety rules, regulations and policies of the company. - Self-starter...
