DEPARTMENT: Fabric: JOB TITLE: Fabric Team Leader FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Manufacturing Team Leader Hours: 6pm -6am: Shift: Sunday - Tuesday, every other Saturday SUMMARY: Plans, assigns and supervises the work of associates engaged in a variety of operations. Reviews production schedules, material and manpower resources. Maintains workplace safety and the quality of work; meets production schedules, and trains, or assures training is carried out. Keeps necessary records, develops and presents reports and other documentation. Works to instructions, specifications and procedures, both written and verbal. Acts to maintain the integrity of processes and products. Performs related and additional duties as required.
