Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 13 years of experience in data analytics, cybersecurity, program management, business strategy, technology research, anti-abuse, policy or related fields. - 2 years of experience in people management, leading teams. - 2 years of experience addressing risks in Generative AI products in a related field (product management, policy, government affairs, operations). Preferred qualifications: - Experience advising on proactive and reactive mitigations to Generative AI applications. - Experience handling senior stakeholders and a proven ability to influence all levels of the organization. - Understanding of modern generative AI architectures, including the specific threat vectors posed by multimodal classifiers, automated deepfakes, and hyper-personalized persuasion. - Demonstrated track record of engaging in cross-functional or interagency stakeholders including product, legal, policy, enforcement. - Demonstrated track record of navigating extreme "gray areas" cases that push the boundary of policy and managing high-profile crisis communications or content decisions where corporate growth metrics and civic...
