Job Title: Server Assistant Reports to: Front of House Managers and General Manager Job Description: Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a server assistant for our restaurant, Doc Crow’s Southern Smokehouse and Raw Bar. The primary role of the server assistant is to support our service team and ensure each guest has an excellent dining experience. The server assistant must be attentive to the needs of our guests while making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed. Qualifications: - Demonstrate knowledge of food products, menus, and promotions - Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are maintained throughout all areas at all times. - Interact with guests in a professional and hospitable manner. - Prepare the following before and during service; tables, napkins, utensils, condiment refills, expo station and perform all other preparation tasks as instructed by Front of House Managers or General Manager. - Be attentive at staffing meetings to remain updated on daily menu choice changes to both food and bar, specialties, menu deviations, if the kitchen staff is running out of any items...etc. - Maintain a professional and proper dining experi...
