We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team in Boerne, TX! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organizational culture of our rapidly growing mobile healthcare practice, Woundlocal . Roles & Responsibilities: - Maintain company personnel records - Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leave, payroll, and performance management plans (PIPs) - Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to department managers - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and with recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance - Create and distribute internal communications regarding any HR-related changes or announcements - Monitor employee morale and company culture, using our mission statement and core values as tools - Provide personnel policy and process/procedure guidance to employees and management team - Recruit and facilitate the interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants for open positi...
