The Midtown Service and Treatment Center (MSTC) is looking for someone who is driven by wanting to help others achieve their goal of creating a better life for themselves. We have an opening for a full-time, 40 hours per week, Senior Billing Clerk. The Senior Billing Clerk is responsible to assist the Billing Manger with billing for all contract, insurance and private pay billing services provided by the Midtown Service and Treatment Center (MSTC). The Billing Clerk is expected to be proficient in use of the Department of Mental Health electronic system, CMIOR and the electronic medical record system, Credible, utilized by the MTSC. Position is expected to comply with and meet The Salvation Army, Federal, State and Local policies, and standards. Responsibilities: - Manage billing functions in CIMOR, EHR and collection system. File claims for all third-party payers and apply payments for services. - Perform daily and monthly audits on all services provided by the Program Staff.
