ABOUT YOU: We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who is data-obsessed, highly strategic, and a hands-on performance marketer to join our Xsolla Ads division . The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own growth marketing at the intersection of two exciting opportunities: driving user acquisition for our new B2C loyalty app and supporting growth initiatives for the Xsolla Ads B2B business . Strong analytical skills and deep expertise in paid UA and performance marketing are essential, along with experience in consumer apps, mobile growth, and multi-channel campaign execution . The ability to build and scale campaigns from the ground up — owning strategy, execution, and optimization end to end will be key to your success in this role.
