Description: Job Description Summary: The Human Simulation/Simulated Participant Program Manager reports to the HSSC Executive Director. This position has the primary role: 1. Simulated Patient (SP) Program Management– provides oversight and leads the SP recruitment, scheduling, contracted payment process, communications, orientation, and training processes for SPs across all HSSC campuses. 2. Assists the HSSC Executive Director with upholding the Human Simulation Accreditation standards and alignment Duties and Responsibilities: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Simulated Participant Program Manager (80%) Upholding the best practices that relate to human simulation (20%) - Collaborates with the Executive Director on the development and oversight of Simulated Participant (SP) Policies and Procedures. - Leads and manages the recruiting efforts to engage and create a larger pool of SPs of various demographics across the four SMU campuses. - Leads and manages the hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of SPs for the SMU campuses. - Maintains the SP database with contact information, demographics, and images of SPs for the SMU campuses. - Creates a standardized SP training...
