Job description

- Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with BPHC standards and policies. - Meets regularly with the Director of Public Safety and Director of Operations regarding aspects of the Departments daily operations, which may include without limitation personnel matters, staffing, and deployments. - Assists the Director of Operations with supervision of the staff, including sergeants and officers, and ensures staff compliance with work rules, directives, and policies. Operates independently with discretion, use sound judgment with business acumen to make decisions affecting the Department and staff as it relates to program operations/services and BPHC policy. - Answers alarms, investigates disturbances, and performs general security duties in accordance with.
