Job description

The Manager of Forecast position entails managing a team of employees to take preventative measures, and create estimations regarding the potential future of the company’s finances based on research and data findings. General Responsibilities: - Evaluates industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position - Utilize historical data and work with all levels of the business to understand needs to accurately forecast future financial position - Develops, updates, and manages financial forecasting models and regularly and effectively communicates changes, recommendations and issues to senior management as necessary - Develops and maintains various monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and ad hoc reports for management review and use, and assists with various reconciliations as needed - Maintains detailed records of forecast outputs and inputs, processes, quantitative or qualitative models, meetings, approvals, or other items, as needed, for compliance or governance - Recruits, trains, develops, coaches, and manages team to ensure priorities and deliverables are met Experience / Qualific...
