Job Purpose: This role covers activities performed after inputs are received from source retailers and vendors. It involves close collaboration with Suppliers, eData Analysts, and Project Managers to strengthen relationships with Providers and Retail Vendors, with the objective of improving data quality and service-level agreements (SLAs). Key areas of responsibility include managing system changes and surveys, resolving BAU queries, tracking and closing tickets, KPI reporting, driving productivity initiatives, and conducting root cause analyses (RCAs).
