Role: COMPASS Junior Engagements SETA Location: Washington D.C. Remote delivery: No; on-site delivery in DC; travel anticipated Clearance: Public Trust: Requirements: Minimum degree: Bachelor’s degree - Support ARPA-H convenings, receptions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings — from intimate roundtables to large-scale innovation showcases - Manage end-to-end event logistics including attendee registration and communications, materials preparation, and on-site execution - Coordinate travel arrangements and complex trip logistics for ARPA-H leadership and stakeholders - Coordinate outreach efforts and maintain engagement tracking systems - Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up communications for meetings and events - Maintain event calendars, stakeholder databases, and project management systems - Develop post-event reports and metrics to measure engagement impact - Work closely with ARPA-H program teams, communications, and leadership to align engagements with strategic priorities - 2-3 years of experience in event management, stakeholder engagement, travel coordination, or related role - Exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss and nothing falls th...
