The Property Accounting & Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting accurate, timely, and consistent asset-level financial reporting across the portfolio. This position serves as a bridge between property accounting and portfolio analytics, ensuring the integrity of financial data while contributing to asset-level performance insights. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Controls and working closely with the Director of Property Management Accounting, this role supports financial reporting, valuation processes, and ongoing analysis of property performance. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a foundational understanding of property operations and financial reporting.
