General information Reference: 2025-1230 Position description: Job title: Manager Reward Practice (Zaventem/Antwerp or Ghent) Function: Tax and Legal - Manager: Roles & Responsibilities: -You will supervise an enthusiastic team of (senior) advisers. -You will assist organizations with the implementation of (flexible) reward and mobility plans from start to finish. -Your responsibilities include coordination and project delivery, close collaboration with tax, legal and IT experts, execution of final technical reviews, staff training, and a high level of involvement in the expansion of the fast‑growing reward practice. -In addition, you will have the opportunity to stay up to date and further develop expertise in this area, while applying and strengthening leadership skills.
