Description Position Summary: Lead the high-level training for the Mission Commander Course (MCC) , preparing leaders to oversee complex offensive cyberspace operations. This role focuses on the synchronization of intelligence, planning, and execution within the Cyber Mission Force (CMF). Requirements: Mandatory Qualifications: - Leadership & Command Experience: * Minimum 2 years of service in OCO as part of USCYBERCOM or service component commands. - Must have served as a Mission Commander , Operations Officer , Team Lead , or Cyber Operational Planner for a CMT or NMT. - Operational Background: Served within the CMF at the CMT, NMT, or component headquarters (JFHQ-C/CNMF-HQ). Course Qualification (One of the following): - Graduate of the Mission Commander Course (MCC). - Direct Mission Commander experience. - Direct SIGINT experience with an emphasis on Computer Network Operations (CNO) or digital network intelligence. - Planning Mastery: Expert knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle ( JTC ), Joint Planning Process ( JPP ), JIPOE , and Title 10/50 authorities. - Teaching: 2+ years of experience instructing full-length training materials.
