Responsibilities: - C onduct electrical design reviews of non-standard winding specifications. - Design and review custom configurations, including winding/coil designs, electrical clearances, fuse coordination, and electrical material substitutions. - Interface with customers on local and industry specifications, participate in industrial committees and technical events as needed. - Provide knowledge and compliance evaluation to industry standards such as IEEE, ANSI, DOE Efficiency, CSA, and IEC. - Lead R&D efforts, drive product improvement, and support cost reduction initiatives. - Coordinate with manufacturing to resolve process issues and ensure product quality. - Collaborate with quality control to troubleshoot issues and determine root causes of failures. - Assist in training n...
