Senior VDC Engineer

Job Description DPR Construction is seeking to fill a Senior Virtual Design & Construction Engineer. The Senior VDC Engineer will help support project BIM coordination and overall VDC implementation on projects across the region, with a focus on Raleigh-Durham. The primary objective for this individual is to support established VDC initiatives leveraged by project teams both in the office and field, and supporting model-based project management, process workflows, and construction technology deployment for DPR business units. Responsibilities Include: - Support project setup for 3D trade coordination, site logistical planning, and 4D sequencing - Aid and support training in various software packages (i.e.: Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, etc.) - Administer and support VDC coordination kick-off meeting and subsequent meetings - Configuring of project site to host BIM data (if applicable) or other equitable platforms - Support setup of VDC field equipment and software (total stations, laser scanner, UAVs) - Perform VDC work and support project personnel in VDC processes, including assistance with related technical support issues - Provide support for VDC services where applicab...
