Job Summary: Responsible for membership sales, membership account management, membership software management, front desk coverage, child care staffing, facility tours, membership inquiries, answering phones and providing customer service support to members and guests. Responsible for point of sale on services and products. Responsible for appointment scheduling, announcements, and presentations. Orders departmental supplies and is responsible for shop sales. Essential Functions: All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Provides excellent customer service, greets members by name, answers questions and phone call and directs members or guests to appropriate answer or area that can assist with finding the answer. Coordinates entire membership sales process including new or prospective members (tours, data entry, physician clearances) membership paperwork.
