Production Control Specialist

Job Profile The Production Control Specialist is responsible for the Production planning and Production status management activities at Aisin Texas Corporation. Main Duties: - Execution of the production planning and final product inventory activities. - Execution of Parts and Materials arrangement planning and parts inventory plans to avoid shortages or excess build. - Communicate with external and internal suppliers. - Keeps inventory of part number containers assuring flow to suppliers to maintain production based on Aisin’s demand. - Performs and/or assists cycle counts to keep adequate inventory accuracy. - Able to perform inventory what-if analysis - Promoting new project preparation activities. - Able to create strategies that effectively utilize lean business resources and achieve company objectives. - Able to communicate and present these strategies to leaders inside and outside the company. - Able to develop and maintain good project management plans. - Able to report progress on a timely manner and determine next steps action plans. Desired Skills: - Good level of knowledge in lean production concepts such as OEE, KANBAN, FIFO, BOM. - Experienced in operation Time Study....
