Job Summary: The Patient Care Tech I assists the nursing staff by performing assigned duties for patients and staff under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The Patient Care Tech I duties include, but are not limited to, secretarial functions and NA I skills. The Rehabilitation Hospital is a 20 bed comprehensive medical rehabilitation unit. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, quality, interdisciplinary rehabilitative care, including 24 hour comprehensive nursing. Rehab Nursing provides patient and family education, comprehensive rehabilitative nursing care, and reinforces skills learned in therapy to help patients return to their maximum level of independence.
