Position Details: Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Department: Quality Management Overview of Position: Performs a wide range of Performance Improvement duties. Responsible for the implementation of all Quality Initiatives at Genesis HealthCare System. Work with all departments on data collection and analysis to improve care at the hospital. Develop action plans and follow up on areas of concern and monitor compliance with it. Interacts with physicians and helps guide them on process/outcome improvements.
