Benefits: Supervise and coordinate all FOH and BOH activities. Oversee guest services and resolve customer and employee issues immediately. Ensure a high quality of food preparation. Train and manage all restaurant staff. Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
