Summary of Position The Senior Director of Project Management provides strategic leadership and oversight for the planning, execution, and financial performance of large-scale and complex utility services projects and programs at Osmose. This role is accountable for portfolio-level governance, customer engagement, and alignment across operations, engineering, delivery, and business development teams. The Senior Director ensures projects and programs are delivered within contractual scope, schedule, and budget, while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. This role also leads, mentors, and develops project management leaders and contributes to enterprise-wide project management standards, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
