Job Title Lead Business Process Expert – NPI & Industrialization Job Description: Lead the transformation and standardization of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Industrialization processes across Philips’ global Integrated Supply Chain organization. As Lead Business Process Expert (BPE), you will drive end-to-end process integration and deployment in the domains of PLM, Product Data Management, Engineering Change Management, and Industrialization. You will play a key role in shaping and deploying global business capabilities connecting Windchill, SAP ECC/S4HANA, MES and related digital manufacturing platforms. In this leadership role, you will manage and coach a team of 4 Business Process Experts while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT, Enterprise Information Management (EIM), factories, and global transformation programs.
